cancellation, Rescheduling & Policies

We understand that sometimes schedules change, and that unexpected things happen. Here are our policies regarding refunds & rescheduling. 

 

Refunds:

Sales of all VO Workshop purchases are non refundable.   All services at VO Workshop NYC expire two (2) years from the date of purchase if not utilized. If we cannot work with your sound quality, we reserve the right to refuse reel services until your sound is in a workable place. No refunds will be given, however our 2 year expiration date applies. 

 

Rescheduling policy for one on one coachings:

We require 24 hours notice to reschedule one on one coachings. 

 

Rescheduling policy for classes:

We require at least 3 days notice for rescheduling classes. We require a nonrefundable 25% deposit on all classes. If you are able to find a replacement for your spot, we will refund you your deposit. If not, you forfeit your deposit and it cannot be used towards future classes.

Other policies: 

For our Commercial Demo Reel service we require a minimum of 4 one on one coachings with one of our coaches before we begin reel production. If you have booked more than 5 commercial VOs-no coaching required. We will have (1) general consultation/coaching based on those bookings and should be provided with mp3's of said bookings and past reels.

For our Animation Demo Reel service we require a minimum of 4 one on one coachings based on your experience with the medium and past classes.

We reserve the right to use anything recorded with us  and by us for marketing purposes.
